How to report copyright infringement

Animekais.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Animekais.com does not host video files on its servers. If you believe any material on our site, or any link from our site, infringes your copyright, please send a notice as described below.

How to File a Notice

Send your notice by email to contact@animekais.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on Animekais.com of the material you want removed.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our Response

We review valid notices promptly, usually within 2-3 business days, and remove or disable access to the material identified. We may contact you if we need more information.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with the details required by the DMCA.
